The Trattoria Al Gallo, which has been in business for 50 years, is situated in the heart of Alfonsiene, but is also well-known outside the town thanks to its popular tagliatelle with meat sauce. It has the friendly atmosphere typical of the trattorias of yesteryear and the food is delicious. Yet it is above all the ability to exalt the simplest traditional dishes that has made this restaurant so famous and what makes the difference are not only the secret ingredients, but also the skilled hand of Tina. As well as tagliatelle and cappelletti, always fresh and made using handmade and hand-rolled pasta, customers can try traditional dishes like country-style stew or other dishes recommended by the staff depending on the daily availability of products. Here the impression is that time has stood still and the photos and decorative items hanging on the wall bear witness to local folklore and the pleasure of meeting around a table, particularly characteristic of this area.
