La Buga, which takes its name from the hollow in the river that runs alongside it, returns after several years absence to the historical owners, entrusted to a team of two brothers, Andrea and Matteo Maffucci, accompanied in this new adventure by a third partner, Matteo Fabbri. After  renovating and personalizing the premises, the new team aims to rediscover the flavours of traditional local cuisine and wood fire oven-baked pizza, offering the hospitality typical of Romagna.
The new gastronomic offer of La Buga focuses heavily on wholesome food, with particular attention paid to choosing products from nearby farms and producers. The invitation is to savour the freshness of the homemade pasta, the ultimate expression of typical local traditions, as well as old family recipes such as, for example, “Gigi-style rabbit”, served with black olives. The dishes are made using only fresh, wholesome ingredients, including the selection of desserts prepared by the chef, an ideal way to end a delightful evening.
The restaurant also organizes theme events, based on food and wine, as well as cultural events too. In particular, it is due to host a series of art exhibitions, with exhibits adorning the restaurant rooms.  <<<
