The restaurant has a warm and cosy atmosphere and every customer is made to feel right at home. Here they can savour the delights of typical local home cooking that is nevertheless sophisticated and pays great attention to detail. Indeed, this is the very essence of La Dama di Cuori.
Attention to detail is the thing that Paola dedicates most time to - from the choice of quality ingredients such as meat and cheese, to the flour for making the pasta, piadina and bread, all prepared using natural proving methods. Also homemade, using her grandmother’s recipes, are the chutneys and jams and cherries and grapes preserved in alcohol served here. This attention to detail extends to the owner’s choice of wines, which include the best local and national labels.
