The family-run restaurant serves dishes that are typical of Parmesan cuisine, including boiled shoulder ham, which is typical of San Secondo and is served here with torta fritta (fried dumplings), culatello, chard or pumpkin-filled tortelli and cappellotti filled with boiled shoulder ham. Main courses include roast duckling and veal cheek.
The menu varies depending on the season so in winter, customers have the opportunity to try excellent boiled and braised meats. There is also a well-stocked wine list, with a choice of local, national and international labels.
