Preparation method:
Clean the clams and mussels thoroughly. In a frying pan, brown the garlic in a little extra-virgin olive oil. Add the clams and after a minute, the mussels, salt (just a little) and white wine. Cover.
When the clams and mussels open, turn off the heat and serve with a drop of oil, a wedge of lemon, a pinch of pepper and some chopped parsley.
