Ingredients and quantities

Quantities for 2 people:

  • 300g Mora Romagnola bresaola
  • ½ bunch rocket
  • 50g Fossa cheese
  • Colli di Rimini extra-virgin olive oil

Mora Romagnola carpaccio with Fossa cheese

Preparation method:

Wash the rocket and remove the stalks. Tear half of it and arrange on an oval dish, top with about 20 slices of bresaola. Arrange the remaining rocket on top of the bresaola. Cut shavings of Fossa cheese onto the dish and drizzle with a drop of oil. Garnish the dish with thin slices of orange, when in season.
