Tagliatelle with culatello

Preparation method:
Cut the culatello into fine strips and fry in a pan with a knob of butter. Tear the rocket and add, along with some ground pepper and the cream. Allow the sauce to thicken over a low heat.
In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce, adding about a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese. Place in a serving dish and serve.
